Joel is the first ever PT I worked with and he helped to design a strength training program to start my fitness routine.
I’m really impressed with his work ethic & professionalism. He’s very attentive to his clients’ goals & takes special note on any special conditions his clients are facing. He even gave me tips on how to plan my own exercise routines
independently from him! He truly believes in empowering his clients to take their fitness into his own hands!
