    6-week EduTraining Programmes

    Choose from any of the programmes below. Each programme has 6 sessions, and each session is conducted once a week lasting 75 to 90 minutes. At the end of each session, you will:

    • Feel good after a workout session
    • Gain an in-depth understanding on proper postures, movement mechanics and apply them when working out with the various tools. 
    • Have an exercise programme that you can use, with the techniques and equipment you have practised with (we highly encourage you to use your mobile phone to record your workouts!).

    PROGRAMME # 1

    Functional Fitness: Tools & Workout

    Learn how to use and create your own workout session with multiple equipment often seen in the gyms, including kettlebells, suspension fitness trainers, power bags and battle ropes. These can be used across a wide range of fitness levels, including beginners, as part of rehabilitation, and even as dynamic as a high-intensity training session.

    PROGRAMME #2

    BARBELL LEVEL 1

    Gain confidence and mastery in barbell lifting techniques while arming yourself with the knowledge to creatively and safely utilise the barbell in your workout programme. Suitable for absolute beginners who have never exercised with the barbell, as well as for experienced fitness enthusiasts to refine their form for the most efficient lifts, translating into greater strength gains.
