Kettlebell Edu-Training Lvl 1 covers the basics of kettlebell movements. Starting from an understanding of human movement patterns such as the squat and the hinge, Kettlebell Edu-Training Lvl 1 covers principal single kettlebell exercises like the swing, clean, and the Turkish Get-up. Each session progressively builds on the previous one, developing proficiency in complex movement patterns through practicing good technical setup and execution repeatedly.

Kettlebell Edu-Training Lvl 2 increases the complexity of training, diving deeper into exercises utilizing two kettlebells as well as other single kettlebell exercises. The sessions progress deeper into building your kettlebell competency in planning and executing workouts, through observing and applying principles that make good, effective workouts that create results rather than undue fatigue and diminishing your potential gains.
