Charlene has been an amazing coach. She has been extremely motivating during each training session. She strives to understand the needs of the client before commencing the programme. She goes the extra mile to customize the session based on how the client is feeling as well. Each session is fun and of course tiring. Hard work pays off and it is important to have a good connection with the coach. Charlene has an uplifting energy about her that makes the client feel motivated and positive. Charlene has allowed me to achieve more than what I thought I could in the past 6 months.
My personal goal was to be able to work out at the gym independently, which was exactly what Berlis taught me, at the same time becoming fitter and stronger. She is very meticulous and ensures that you get the best out of your time in the gym (ensuring that your form is right at the same time) which is what I really like about her. Also, I love that she is also very objective when it comes to goal setting, making sure that you are setting goals that actually can be achieved. Berlis is also knowledgeable and taught me a lot about nutrition and the proper way to engage the muscles. 11/10 would recommend 😊
Engaging Viviane for personal training has been the best decision made in my fitness journey. Her approach to strength and mobility training might not be the usual conventional methods you see, but her program has helped me tremendously in my workouts, and best of all, PAIN-FREE. My posture and range of movement have improved, which makes exercising fun again.
I was happy and satisfied to have Eric as my PT. He was one of the most passionate trainers I have come across, giving 101% of his dedication to train himself and his client. Not a single training session is boring as he is very energetic and optimistic in every session. After the first 13 sessions with Eric, I could see improvement in my workout posture and managed to lift heavier weights, as well as build up muscles. Even my friends and colleagues could see the difference. I also persuaded my girlfriend to join me for buddy training, and she could too, see the difference in her posture and salsa dance practice.
Usually I get intimidated and have high inertia in starting anything, but Kareen's programme for me has made it so approachable and easy! I love how someone as unfit as me could do the exercises and still experience the positive outcomes after my first baby.
Joel is the first ever PT I worked with and he helped to design a strength training program to start my fitness routine. I’m really impressed with his work ethic & professionalism. He’s very attentive to his clients’ goals & takes special note on any special conditions his clients are facing. He even gave me tips on how to plan my own exercise routines independently from him!
