I have attended both the Sports Massage Therapy and Assisted Stretching course from Edufit and have definitely enjoyed myself and learnt a lot from both courses. Their instructors are very friendly and patient, and really make the effort to answer all of our queries and share their knowledge. The content is very useful and practical and I would recommend the course!
