I went for Assisted Stretching course and the learning points exceeded my expectations. I recalled some stretches that were being used by my sports massage therapist when I went for a session and now I understand the benefits and the actions better. Instructor Maz was great and clear with the demonstration and explanation. Looking forward to learn more from Edufit.
