Really informative and in depth on each chapter. Trainers share their experiences and also giving us guidance on what to expect from various clientele, plus it is very informative. Understanding anatomy and being a lot more excited about this industry is definitely my biggest take away. Ending this course on a high as I’m looking forward to this new industry.
