Thank you for creating such an insightful and meaningful course, and you were so open, passionate and generous in sharing your knowledge and personal experience as a mum of 3 beautiful kids, which really made your teaching content very relatable and genuine!
One of my greatest takeaways from Brooke is on the importance of pelvic floor strengthening using the jellyfish analogy/cue, which I am excited to share and guide my female warriors through in our sessions, especially the mummies!
After these two full days course by Brooke, I felt more empowered and confident to coach women, especially mums and mums-to-be!
I was really very excited and honoured to have the chance to meet Brooke in person over the last weekend after following her on IG for a year. I have been receiving good tips from her online content to conduct personal training session for my very first pregnant client and have been wanting to take her online module but somehow I couldn’t due to clashes with my work schedule. So when I learnt that FIT Asia had invited her to conduct an in person session over the weekend, I signed up for her course right away! It was indeed a weekend very well spent with Brooke and my new batch mates!
