Classes were well organised and structured, both instructors were really professional and very informative 🙂 They’re really very generous in sharing their knowledge and experience!!
I have learnt a lot from the course, such as massage techniques, soft tissue relaxation and joint mobilisation. Best part was on the way they make you think logically when it comes to the assessment of your clients.
Would recommend!!
