Viviane is a fitness coach and movement specialist who coaches private, corporate workshops and group classes. Her multi-disciplinary fitness experience includes mobility, functional strength and conditioning as well as yoga.

She understands the inevitable pains that stem from long hours of sitting, and has recovered from two major surgeries, hence putting her personal experience, skills and knowledge to provide progressive training plans for her clients, who are mainly in their late 30s and well into their 50s. When she is not in a personal training session, Viviane can be found teaching movement flows, handstands, backbends, functional and bodyweight strength in group classes, or conducting courses as an educator with Fit Asia.

Viviane’s holistic fitness programming includes active prehabilitation, mobility drills and functional training tools such as kettlebells, battle ropes, ViPR, power bags, mace and club bells, as well as suspended fitness training equipment.
