Luke is a personal development coach, author and vegucator. He is also the co-host of the global online wellness event the Plant Fit Summit. Using a plant-based diet, he helps clients build a strong mind, body while living with a deep sense of purpose.

As an NLP Trainer, Master Hypnotherapist and award winning Strength Athlete, Luke has interviewed and coached 100s of individuals globally on fitness, nutrition, mindset and healthy ageing. He is also now a licensed Unbeatable Mind Coach.

Unbeatable Mind was developed by retired 20 year Navy SEAL Commander, Mark Divine. It is an integrated approach to personal growth one that encompasses what is called the 5 Mountains – Physical, Mental, Emotional, Intuitional, and Spirit – and this integrated approach is what gives individuals the long-lasting and profound effects to deal with a whole host of challenges. Challenges that relate to physical, mental, emotional, and relationships in one’s personal or professional life.

He believes that the planet will be a better place if people live fully A.W.A.K.E for their families and the world at large. Aware of their inner truth stepping into the Warrior within and leading with Authenticity, Kindness while Expressing their unique value into the world.
