A true sports enthusiast, Eric has been actively participating in a wide range of sports since an early age, with a passion for basketball. He is also a keen runner who has held the champion’s title in his school’s 1500-metre track race for three consecutive years. During his army days, EC was awarded the best physical training in the Singapore Armed Forces – 6 SIR Bravo company. He has also participated in multiple Spartan obstacles races in competitive Elite and Open category races (Sprint/Super/Beast), and helped many friends and clients complete the race.
Eric made a mid-life career switch from aviation engineering and chemical process operations to fulfil his dream as a fitness professional, crediting hard work to his success today.
Eric firmly believes that regular exercise is the key to remaining fit, healthy and youthful. When he is not helping his clients to achieve their fitness goals, he can be found training in the gym to ensure he stays in his best shape.
There isn’t a ‘one size fits all’ program when it comes to fitness, so Eric tailors training plans that are unique to each individual to help them achieve their goals. He also uses his expertise and personal experience to advise clients on their daily meals and exercise between training sessions.
