BOOTYLICIOUS – TRAINING TECHNIQUES AND PROGRAMMING TO BUILD 3D GLUTES
Achieving aesthetically pleasing glute development has become a major fitness trend, often described as the “new abs.” An increasing number of clients, both male and female, seek guidance from personal trainers to enhance the appearance and development of their gluteal muscles.
However, many exercisers struggle to develop their glutes due to poor neural drive, insufficient gluteal activation, or a lack of understanding of proper exercise selection. As a result, they often perform too many exercises, leading to excessive training volume with inadequate intensity—ultimately limiting optimal muscle hypertrophy.
This course helps you discover effective corrective exercise strategies, targeted warm-up drills, proper exercise techniques and selection, and evidence-based programming methods to achieve complete and balanced gluteal muscle development.
