  • Course Confirmation: Registration is only confirmed upon receiving course full payment. Individual who fails to make payment according to the agreed terms will not be permitted to attend class until payment is received.
  • SkillsFuture Credit: SkillsFuture credit under “Initial Available Credit” as reflected in the account is eligible for SkillsFuture claims on approved FIT Asia courses.
  • Course Cancellations: If FIT Asia had to cancel a course which an individual has registered and paid for, he/she may transfer the fee amount to another course; individual may register for the next intake or request a full refund. Should a refund be requested, it will be paid within one week upon receiving the bank details. Should the course not be run within one year, he/she will also be granted a full refund. If the payment was made with a credit card, FIT Asia will need to subtract a 4% credit card charges from the refund. FIT Asia will not be responsible for any cost incurred by overseas student, such as hotel and flight fee, if the course had to be cancelled/postponed. Student is recommended to have their travel arrangement as flexible as possible.
  • Postponement: Individual who need to postpone his/her studies to a later intake of a course or change to a different course must complete a course transfer or postponement form and are not entitled to a refund. Fees paid will be applied to the following or new course in full and the candidate must pay any difference if the alternative course is more expensive. Any substitute or later course must be taken with 12 months or payment will be forfeited.
  • Refunds: Course fees paid are not refundable; however, an individual who are unable to attend a course for which they have registered and paid due to unforeseen circumstances, such as medical reason, may write in to to request for a refund. The eligibility of the refund will be informed within 7 working days. Refund approved is subjected to 4% credit card charges (if any).
  • Course Withdrawal: Individual who wish to withdraw from the course, for non-medical reason, is subject to admin charges (within 1 month from course date: $50, within 2 weeks from course date: $100).
  • Indemnity: Individual indemnify FIT Asia staffs and educators from all liabilities, which may arise during the participation in the course, and declare that he/she is medically and physically healthy to attend the course.
  • Marketing: Individual consent to receive marketing materials from FIT Asia and understand that he/she has the option to unsubscribe if he/she choose not to receive any newsletter from FIT Asia. He/she also consent to FIT Asia using the pictures taken during the course for course marketing purpose.
