Timba Move Level 1

TIMBA MOVE. UNLOCK ROTATIONAL STRENGTH WITH INDIAN CLUBS AND MACES

Swing, throw, bend, rotate, flow, with strength. This is what human body is designed to do. Yet, our modern lifestyles and largely concentric and sagittal plane focussed training routines have restricted our rotational power.

Timba Move brings it back
A multiplanar, rotational strength training system using offset tools: Maces & Indian Clubs. Unlike dumbbells or barbells with static, balanced loads, these tools are alive, with the load dynamically shifting with gravity, momentum, and angle.

Every swing enhances the connection between your mind and body, generating force. Similar to what our life demands in almost every sport, and out there on the street. As you generate and manage momentum, across pivots, pendulums, and circular movements – your stabilizers, joints, fascia, and core must adapt in real time. The result? Enhanced RoM, Joint Stability, Mind/Body Coordination, Core Strength, and heightened proprioception and flow.
