This course provides a deep understanding of the physiological changes associated with aging and how they impact movement, strength, and recovery. You’ll learn to design and implement evidence-based strength, conditioning, and fall prevention programs tailored to the needs of older clients. EDUCATOR
Jacq Ng
Jacq is committed to promote health and wellbeing for all through fitness and believes that exercise is medicine.
This has encouraged him to move into being an educator where he is able to reach out to more existing and aspiring fitness professionals to help them become better coaches. Jacq’s approach to education is highly influenced by his learnings throughout the years from leading experts around the world which he has refined into an adaptive style to cater to his participants.
Jacq is experienced in delivering highly engaging courses and loves to make the complex simple. He is a sports scientist majoring in exercise physiology and strength and conditioning.
He is the co-founder of Babel Training Academy located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Education Manager for FTI Global and recently being appointed as a part time lecturer in the Faculty of Sports and Exercise Sciences, Universiti Malaya where he is an alumni.
