What is a MetCon training session that I can do myself?

Without equipment, your bodyweight alone can be used to create simple MetCon training routines! Tabata workouts, which are 4 minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) circuits, can be performed with one exercise to create a MetCon training session you can do yourself!
