Even highly competent trainers encounter client disengagement and drop-out, not due to lack of effort, but because different clients respond very differently to coaching styles, language, and feedback. Without a structured framework, trainers rely on intuition, which is inconsistent and difficult to scale.
The workshop introduces trainers to a practical, applied use of the Enneagram, a globally recognised personality framework, to help them adapt their coaching voice to different personality patterns, improving trainer-client chemistry and engagement.

Cindy Leong
Founder of The Enneagram Academy – Southeast Asia’s first IEA-accredited Enneagram Training school, and the visionary behind Relationship Studio. Cindy is a bilingual coach, speaker, and educator. She has groomed many Enneagram coaches and trainers in the region.
An IEA-accredited professional and ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), she has impacted over 30,000 lives across the region over the past 12 years. She has also organised 2 Singapore Enneagram Conference, convening 200 local and international delegates.
A familiar media voice and former Resident Love Expert on Mediacorp Class 95FM and Bumble, Cindy is passionate about emotional awareness, relational wisdom, and personal growth. She is also the author of 5 books, and a proud mother of two.
