For us busy coaches and trainers, we all know in-session performance is very much dependent on in-between session recovery to achieve results.
However, sleep is often the weakest and most transparent link in Singapore, which often ranks among the top most sleep-deprived cities in the world. As we juggle the multiple dreams and responsibilities of adulting, we struggle to find time to get adequate sleep, let alone refine the routines and habits that work specifically for us to improve the quality and consistency of our rest.
This webinar on sustainable behavioural change and performance shows you how best to support your clients (and yourself!) to sleep regularly and happily by personalising their OWN personal bedtime program.

Hello! As a Sleep Coach , I am committed to enabling high-performing professionals (like yourself!) to achieve peace, performance and energy.
I have practised ICF-Certified Coaching with 30+ clients over 100+ hours with a focus on Life, Performance and Health (specifically Sleep). Along the way I picked up adjacent (certified) skillsets in Mental Health First Aid and Personal Training. Good sleep, after all, is dependent on so many things beyond just drinking less coffee or sleeping regularly every night!
As a former Regional People & Organisation Development Manager who has supported 5000+ colleagues across 11 different countries in Asia, I know what training different audiences need to perform better in stressful environments. In my free time, I practice different hobbies to develop my sense of balance between performance and relaxation. These so far have included both the physical (Strength Training, Olympic Weighlifting, Callisthenics, Yoga, Barre) as well as the creative (Singing, Public Speaking, Improvised Theatre, Physical Theatre and Theatre Theatre).
I talk to people every day about sleep and it always strikes me how so few of us get the sleep we want and need even though everyone says that sleep is important. My cause and my craft is to bridge that gap, and I would love to share what I have learned with you!
