Module 2:
Stretching Flows
- Stretching flows for the anterior sling.
- Stretching flows for the posterior sling.
- Stretching flows for the lateral sling.
Module 3:
Assisted Stretching
- Scope of practice and safety guidelines of partner- assisted stretching in Fitness and Sport.
- Partner assisted stretching for the lower limbs.
- Partner Assisted stretching for the trunk.
- Partner Assisted stretching upper limbs.
Module 4:
Advanced PNF Stretching Techniques
- Hold-relax PNF stretching techniques for the lower limbs, trunk and upper limbs.

Jacq Ng
Jacq is committed to promoting health and wellbeing for all through fitness, driven by the belief that exercise is medicine. This passion has guided him into education, where he can reach both current and aspiring fitness professionals to help them elevate their coaching. Jacqโs approach is deeply influenced by years of learning from leading global experts, which he has refined into an adaptive style tailored to his participants.
Experienced in delivering highly engaging courses, Jacq excels at making the complex simple. He is a sports scientist specializing in exercise physiology and strength and conditioning. Currently, he serves as the Head of Education for FTI Global and is an elite fellow for the Faculty of Sports and Exercise Sciences at Universiti Malaya, where he is also an alumnus.
