COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course equips participants with essential communication and behavior management strategies to build positive relationships with children and parents. Participants will learn to recognize behavioral cues (Red, Amber, and Green lights), understand different temperaments, and implement strategic communication techniques to foster trust, empathy, and collaboration in teaching environments.
Through practical discussions and role-playing scenarios, participants will develop skills to minimize disruptive behaviors, create structured and engaging learning spaces, and navigate difficult conversations with parents. This course provides actionable strategies to handle real-life challenges with professionalism and confidence, ensuring stronger connections and better outcomes for both children and families.
